How are credits counted?
Suggestions are free. One credit is charged only when a lookup resolves to a verified address. Queries that return no match are never charged.
Do credits expire?
G-NAF bundles run for one month β credits expire 30 days after purchase. NZ Addresses and BAN credits never expire.
What do I get for free?
We set up every account with a free starter bundle of lookups for development and testing, plus early access to API keys. Typeahead suggestions are always free. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Invoicing is available for high-volume accounts.
